Upon discovery, bos388 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and void all pending bets, bonuses, and winnings without prior notice.

You must not share your username or password with any third party. bos388 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. bos388 reserves the right to close or suspend your Account at its discretion, including in circumstances of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or failure to complete KYC verification.

All Account holders are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals can be processed and in certain other circumstances as determined by bos388. KYC documents submitted to bos388 are reviewed within 24-48 hours during standard operating periods. Accounts pending KYC verification may continue to place bets but withdrawals will be held until verification is successfully completed.
If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe after request, bos388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account and retain any balance pending investigation.

bos388 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as these general bonus terms. Where a conflict arises between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of Rp 15.000.000.

Each bonus is available once per household, IP address, payment method, and device unless expressly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos388's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bos388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) is subject to those providers' own terms and technical specifications. bos388 is not liable for errors, outages, or data loss originating from third-party game servers.
